Deposits are non-refundable, however, can be transferred or used as credit if in line with the following cancellations policy:
• Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee. “No Show” will incur a 100% fee before re-booking.
• 24hrs or less notice to cancel, will require a new deposit to be paid upon rebooking.
• 48hrs notice is appreciated please: We do understand things arise, so please let us know if you need rescheduling with as much notice as possible :)
