There is absolutely no need for any prior experience, knowledge, or expertise in Reiki, energy healing, or spiritual practices. Anyone can learn, and anyone can do this! Reiki is a very simple and gentle healing modality that is beneficial in countless ways to support your physical and emotional healing, as well as that of your loved ones and clients.

At The Cotton Rooms, our Reiki Level 1 in-person training is designed to provide you with a comprehensive introduction to the healing art of Reiki. This grounded, down-to-earth, yet enlightening and deeply connecting training takes place over two days, where you will learn to channel healing energy for yourself and others in a supportive group setting shared with like-minded individuals. To create an intimate and personal atmosphere, our classes are limited to just 6 participants. This way, everyone has the opportunity to fully engage and immerse themselves in the experience.

Reiki refreshers are available for those who have previously completed their Reiki Level 1 training but feel they didn’t receive enough information or may feel disempowered in integrating this healing modality into their lives or offering it as a service. These refreshers can be done in the in-person group training or as private 1:1 online sessions. They are also ideal for individuals looking to reignite their passion and reconnect with the practice.
